Can I request for an exchange?

If you would like to exchange size or color or a different item, the quickest way for us to get what you want is for you to request for a refund and place a new order.

What should I do if my item has quality issue?

How do I request for a refund?

To request for a refund, you must within 14 days of receipt of your items, email us at cs@lessparts.com with your receipt and let us know whether the reason is because the items are defective or damaged or wrongly delivered; or you would like to exchange for a different size or color or item.

We will endeavor within 3 days of receipt of your email confirm by return email whether your request has been processed.

After your request has been processed, you must return your items to 2/F, Block 2, Yee Lim Industrial Building, 2 - 28 Kwai Lok Street, Kwai Chung, Kowloon, Hong Kong. Please use a courier with tracking available and provide us with the tracking number.

How do I know if I am eligible for a refund?

To be eligible for a refund, the items must be returned in the same condition as you received it, which is unworn (trying on is fine, but not used excessively), unwashed, with tags and its original packaging.

We will notify you when we have received your returned items and endeavor to let you know within 5 days whether you are eligible for a refund.

If you are eligible for a refund, we will arrange for a refund on your original payment.

After we have processed the refund from our end, it will be up to your bank or company to process and return the refund to you.  We will have no control over the timing as to when the refund will be returned to you.

LESS PARTS reserves the right for the final decision for any disputes in relation to the refund.

Can I request for a refund for items on sale or bought with promotional code?

All sale items are not eligible for refund. Items purchased with promotional code are eligible for refund.

Do I need to pay for returning the items?

All costs, fees, charges, expenses, duties, taxes or otherwise, if applicable, for returning the items to us will be borne by the customers.
